Water Auditing and Certificate

The world's water resources are finite but exist on a planet with a constantly growing population. A water audit is an effective management tool for minimizing losses, optimizing various uses and thus enabling considerable conservation of water, not in irrigation sector alone but in other sectors of water usage such as domestic, power and industrial as well. A water audit determines the amount of water lost from a water supply system and the cost of this loss to the utility. A water audit is an assessment of how much water is used and how much water can be saved. Conducting a water audit involves calculating water
use and identifying simple ways of saving water. Water audits provide a rational, scientific framework that categorizes all water use in our system. It is a tool to overcome a drought-related problem, shortage, leakage and loss of water. Leak detection programs help to minimize leakages and tackling small problems before they become major ones.
